YouFit's 1st Year Anniversary Social
I'm looking forward to our 1st year anniverary get together June 24, 2008 @ 5:30 PM . We will visit with some of the over 100 people who have taken part in YouFit. The EPPTS Eastside clinic will be hosting the social. It will a time to reflect on the past year and thank all those that have made YouFit successful. First and foremost is the YouFitters (a term coined by Jerry) with their dedication toward improving their fitness level and the trust they provided us in helping them to reach their training goals. Special thanks also go out to the incredible people that work at EPPTS Eastside clinic for believing in and support of Youfit. I hope to see you on Tuesday.

you fit is kicking off the new year with even more intensity and a new list of work outs. be sure to make it out on tuesdays @ 5:30pm and saturdays at 9:00am. classes are open to everyone, so bring a friend with you and make sure you fit in to 2008!

youfit!
youfit is a community based fitness and wellness program that has just entered its 10th week!
our participants have been doing an amazing job at learning the circuits and giving their all. each week we continue to challenge our bodies by introducing new exercises into our circuit.
this blog will be available for our regulars and all our new friends to learn more about the program, keep up to date with workout schedules, and to share their thoughts on how to keep fit.
